I did have a little bit of a problem in the beginning, but the support team helped me immediately. One thing I would add to your download directions is to turn off the firewall. That is what slowed me down and caused me problems.

I believe that in an age of horribly overpriced software (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe, etc.) you do a huge service in offering reasonably priced access to that same software. Please keep the wonderful work up. There are many of us out there who rely heavily on you doing what you currently do. Best of luck to you!
